I came to Mary after having a negative experience with driving. I was worried about learning to drive and wasn't sure if I could ever pass! Mary is very supportive and patient, allowing you to take things at your own pace and is more than happy to repeat things many times over! Mary and I built up a really good relationship where we could laugh and enjoy driving, but also understand the serious parts of the learning experience. I've had a lot of fun learning to drive, which is down to Mary and her teaching. I'm so glad that I've had Mary and I would recommend her for anyone whose looking to learn to drive!

I started with Mary and was very scared about the thought of driving, she was very understanding throughout getting my confidence up and kept at the pace I felt comfortable. We have definitely had our ups and downs together but I have learnt so much over the past months and we got there in the end and had a lot of laughs doing it! I would have never thought I could pass first time with only 3 minors but she helped me do so. She also put up with my changing of cars and not listening to her instructions surprisingly well!! I really thank you very much Mary you have been a big part of my life over the past months and have appreciated the patience and fun you have given me during our time together!!

Mary is by far the best instructor one could find. I failed 7 times and had 6 different instructors before I met her. She has always been very kind, calm and patient, besides having a lovely sense of humour. I reckon that if it wasn't for her i would still be trying and ... failing ! ! ! !
I will always be very thankful to her for having given me the self-confidence and knowledge to finally passing my test.

She has been very kind and patient with me and even helped me when I did my mock test 2 weeks ago and failed it!!!
The mock test was extremely helpful and Mary was in the car with me so she could give me help at the end of it. Because we did this she enabled me to pass today with flying colours!!!
She's been amazing support throughout and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to learn to drive with someone who is very patient and kind.

The reason that you take Driving lessons is to become a better and more safe driver AND as a result pass your practical driving exam. Mary has the experience, knowledge, and teaching ability to help you accomplish your goals. Trust her, listen to her and learn from her what you need to know and do to pass your test. I have been driving in another country for 50 years and considered myself a pretty good driver. Mary helped me unlearn some bad habits and gave great instruction on driving in the UK. I learned a lot with every lesson. You will not find a better instructor than Mary.

As quite a nervous driver, I struggled to find an instructor that made me feel completely comfortable and calm in the car. But Mary solved that problem for me! She has a very friendly, light-hearted and humorous nature but also always showed faith in me and made me realise my potential as a driver.
Thanks to her superb teaching skills I passed my practical test with one minor and I couldn't be more grateful for all of Mary's efforts to help me come out of my shell and be more confident on the road!

The dynamics was so much better with her. She is a calming influence and easy to get along with, which is vital to get the best out of the lessons. Her experience and teaching is second to none.We went over anything I was uncertain with and installed confidence with only deserved praised.

After being made redundant last year I was faced with a lot of new challenges and getting to my new job was one of them. I was very fortunate to have found Mary and after looking at her website was relieved to see I could have a lesson my first lesson at Dunsfold aerodrome out of the way other car users (I was so nervous and scared at this point) Driving for me was such a massive herdal I thought I would never have the confidence to do. Mary had previously taught my brother to drive two years before me and he had an excellent experience with her so I naturally wanted to learn with her, I was not in the slightest disappointed with what I received. Mary is such a caring instructor and really puts all her energy into helping you learn, her bubbly character really helps to calm you down if you start getting worried about anything. I highly recommend Mary to anyone who is wanting to learn how to drive as she taught me all the way to getting ZERO faults when I took my first practical test, she is by far the best driving instructor I have come across.
